Can I transfer windows 10 from a laptop to another computer or laptop?
I have a laptop with windows 10. If I wanted to sell this laptop, but leave the license for win10, can I uninstall the system here, install elsewhere on this key, and sell the laptop without windows?

If you bought windows on CD or online, then you can install it on any hardware and activate it (then it will be deactivated on others).
But if you bought a laptop on which windows is already installed, then there is a high probability that you will not be able to move, because certain manufacturers sign a contract with Microsoft for their equipment, windows is assigned to the appropriate hardware and on another computer / laptop you will have a message, that you can't use windows there.
As mentioned above - if you have windows as a standalone application on a disc or some other form, then yes. If you bought windows with a laptop, it was already installed, you will not transfer windows to another computer or laptop.
Can windows 10 be transferred to another computer? It depends on your license for windows 10. If you bought a laptop with Windows 10 already installed at a favorable price, then the 99% license only covers your laptop and you can't move windows elsewhere.
If you bought windows 10 separately elsewhere, you can install it wherever you want. Uninstall on one computer and install on another. Directly move it - copy paste - it's hardly possible 🙂
you won't bring Windows from your laptop to other hardware. I bought a laptop with Windows and tried it by all means - impossible. If you want to have new hardware on Windows, you need to buy Windows or buy Windows separately.
It depends. If Windows has already been installed, unfortunately it is not possible to transfer it to other equipment. If you have it on CD, yes, it is possible. As someone wrote above - if you install it on new equipment, it will not be active on the old one.
Yes, you can transfer Windows 10 from one laptop to another, but only if you have a retail license. OEM licenses, which are typically pre-installed on systems, are not transferable.
However, if your system was originally pre-installed with Windows Home and was upgraded to Pro via the Microsoft Store, it may be ported.
You can check your license type by using the Windows + R shortcut, typing CMD in Command Prompt and running slmgr /dlv.
The license type will appear in the displayed information. You can find your product key in the system box, purchase emails, or on a sticker on your computer or laptop.
