Recently, even telemarketers have been impersonating Warsaw numbers. You have to take into account that if any number starts with 22, it does not mean that Warsaw is calling.
It looks quite like a Warsaw number. If you use the services of a company based in the capital, you can expect a call from them. But if it's important, they'll call you again.
