Is a coconut fiber mattress healthy for sleeping?
Is a coconut fiber mattress good for the spine? Is it comfortable to sleep on it? Do any of you have a mattress like this? My friend recently bought it and his wife sleeps well, and for him it's too hard initially, but they've only had it for 5 days. They have one side super hard and the other hard.
These mattresses are said to be easy to maintain and durable. How is it?
I mean foam mattresses that have a layer of coconut fibers inside.

Yes. But not for everyone. Coconut fiber mattresses are hard. Some people sleep better on a firm mattress. And other people may even have spine problems on a mattress that is too hard. You have to find out for yourself whether such a mattress will be right for you.
