I'm considering buying a slow cooker. Apparently, dishes lose less properties when cooked in a slow cooker. Is it true? Is cooking in a slow cooker healthier?

Yes, cooking in a slow cooker is healthy and you are right that meals lose less nutritional properties by being prepared at a constant low temperature. There is really little risk of burning and you don't need a lot of fat.
Cooking in a slow cooker is very healthy. Or rather, food from such cooking. Probably all the nutritional values behave or something like that.
Of course, cooking with a slow cooker is healthy. Vegetables retain more nutrients and vitamins. A good quality slow cooker is not that expensive. You just need to read the manual carefully and follow the rules of safe use of this device.
