Can you plant a forest on an agricultural plot? Does the law allow for planting agricultural land with forests, do you need to have any special permits or do any formalities?

If a farmer has an agricultural plot on which the land is of lower quality, he can check with the commune office whether he can plant a forest on this land. If so, it can apply for financial support to plant a forest. He should be informed about all formalities related to this in the commune office.
Yes. You can plant trees on the plot of land. The maximum tree density then cannot exceed 100 trees per hectare.
