Can a teacher refuse to educate?
Can a teacher refuse to educate? Can a teacher refuse to be an educator? Is parenting a teacher's responsibility? Does it depend only on goodwill?

Typically, the school statute specifies the cases in which a teacher may refuse to be educated. In fact, acting as a class teacher is the responsibility of a teacher entrusted to him by the school head. If the statute does not specify the cases in which the teacher may refuse, he simply has to present to the principal the important reasons for the refusal, justify them, and the principal makes the decision.
It all depends on the school's charter. The headmaster assigns the education to the teacher. He may refuse if he meets the conditions set out in the statute.
