Green coffee has caffeine. It's still coffee, so there's no reason not to. In fact, even tea has caffeine, or else it's called theine. But it's the same relationship.
Since it has caffeine, it definitely raises blood pressure a little, but I think it's a little less than regular coffee. But I have never tried this green one.
Green coffee is slightly healthier than dark brewed coffee because it has less caffeine and this caffeine is released into the body a little slower. But it has caffeine. However, it will raise the blood pressure less than that of black coffee.
Green coffee definitely contains caffeine, but it is a slightly smaller dose and is released more slowly. We don't have such a sudden kick, energy just flows over us gradually. It has its big advantages, but its disadvantage is the taste:( It needs to be well seasoned, e.g. with cinnamon or cardamom, and served with milk to make it drinkable. Although, over time, you get used to it.
So the pressure increases, but as I wrote, it happens more slowly, there is no sudden jump.
I really like the taste of green coffee there. I don't add anything to it, not even sugar. Additionally, after drinking green coffee, the aftertaste in the mouth is much better than after drinking black coffee.
