Which country is the most ecological in the world?
Which country is the most ecological in the world? Which country cares about the environment the most, introduces new, ecological solutions, promotes clean energy?
Is it Norway? Makłowicz said on television that Norway wants to allow the registration of only electric vehicles by 2025. But maybe the pandemic changed their plans a bit. They also invest in the development of green energy sources.
Such matters are considered there, and in Poland, many people still believe that electric cars are not more ecological than internal combustion cars. I wonder where this ignorance comes from in our Polish nation.

Germany is very ecological. I do not know if it is the most in the world, but there is a huge ecological awareness there. It is similar in Sweden - in Sweden, many households already recycle water.
Germany wanted to pay some countries to stop cutting down their forests, probably in South America (hardly anyone in the world cares about it, but cutting forests there may soon result in a desert in Europe). You have to look at the bigger picture and Germans can look at it.
It is similar in Africa, and it is because corporations (American, European) pay farmers pennies for their crops (less than they are entitled to for it) and in order to survive, they have to cut down more and more forests to plant more trees. This is the case with cocoa farming for chocolate products, especially in Central and West Africa.
The Middle East or the Sahara Desert were once green areas too, but humanity has led to what we have there now - vast expanses of desert. The more deserts in the world, the worse it is for humanity. And deforestation causes desertification sooner or later.
There is no definitive answer to this question as it depends on many factors including what criteria you use to judge which country is greenest.
However, some contenders for the title of the greenest country in the world include Costa Rica, which is home to almost 6% of the world's biodiversity and has committed to becoming carbon neutral by 2021 (I think they have failed, but sooner or later they will. ).
Sweden, which uses most of its energy from renewable sources and has laws to protect its environment
And Norway, which has some of the strictest environmental laws in the world and is working on a future without emissions.
There are many ways to measure which country is the greenest in the world. One way is to look at the amount of forest each country covers. According to the World Bank, the top five countries in the world for forest cover are Russia, Brazil, Canada, the United States and China.
Another way to measure the greenest country in the world is by looking at greenhouse gas emissions. According to the Climate Change Performance Index, the top five countries in the world in terms of emissions are Qatar, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Trinidad and Tobago and Bahrain.
China and the USA are the biggest poisoners. In Rosji They don't give a damn about everything, the most important thing is their pockets of power. In Arab countries, not everyone believes that the Earth is round, so I would not choose them to be eco either. Just a coincidence.
