It’s not as healthy as a breakfast that you make by yourself from local ingredients. It would be best if you didn’t eat McDonalds breakfast every day for sure. From time to time shouldn’t kill you, though.
McDonald’s food is addictive. The more often you eat it, the more you need it and crave for eating it. I go to McDonalds maximum of twice a month. Not more.
All the artificial substances that they add to McDonalds food have very bad influence for our heath. And most of the products are deep frozen and than they are fried in the deep oil. It mean that non of the healthy minerals stay in it.
While McDonald’s breakfast items are not necessarily unhealthy, they are not particularly healthy either. For example, the sausage McMuffin with egg contains 450 calories, 25 grams of fat, and 930 mg of sodium.
The McGriddles cake sandwich is even worse, with 510 calories, 20 grams of fat, and 1,370 mg of sodium. If you are looking for a healthy breakfast option from McDonald’s, you might want to try the Fruit & Maple Oatmeal or the Egg White Delight McMuffin.
