KFC chicken is deep-fried, and the oil in which it is fried is probably used more than once. So it’s not the healthiest meal you’ll find, but you won’t die if you eat it from time to time.
There are worse things than KFC food, believe me. But it is, of course, better to do something like this at home by yourself, with local chicken, etc. I don’t know where do they take chickens from. I hope they do not have antibiotics in them.
