You can mistake love with sexual desire. To understand real, mature love, you need to develop some level of empathy in your brain. To do that, you need to read good, valuable books, watch valuable movies and have contact with people.
Try as often as you can to understand, what other people think.
You can just like a person because he or she looks cute and then you might think it is love. But when you spend some time with this person, it turns out that he or she likes completely different things than you and has completely different experiences it was more infatuation than love.
Love is when you care about another person. When you love your partner, care is usually connected with sexual desire. You can also love your parents, your kids but it is a different type of love. True love is when you would give your life for a person.
When your mood improves when you are with somebody and you feel happy – this is love. When a person says that loves you and you can say back without hesitation that you love them too – this is love. If you don’t know – you are not in love.
It’s very easy to recognize. The same like when you are hungry or not.
