Chamomile is one of the best-known and most frequently used medicinal plants in the form of infusion or tea.
It is especially recommended for ailments of the digestive system, it is a good herb for flatulence, stomach cramps, inflammation of the stomach or enteritis, it also supports the liver in its work.
The spiroether contained in it has the effect of inhibiting the secretion of pro-inflammatory substances. Flavonoids and coumarins relax the bile ducts. Chamomile also improves digestion. Chamomile is so safe that it can even be used on babies. Contraindication to its use is allergy to this plant.
