In my opinion, the most calories are lost while running, only with a relatively lively one. It is certainly true compared to cycling.
As far as I know, you can burn the most calories while practicing boxing, because it's about 560kcal / h. But of course to those that burn similar values per hour are tennis, skiing or skating. Running can also be a good idea, but here you have to focus on hard effort, high pace and running uphill. Then it has a good effect.
The exercises in which we burn the most calories include tabata, kettlebell, burpees, skipping rope, butterfly swimming and sprinting.
Personally, my favorite thing is skipping rope. You can get tired and burn a lot of calories.
I started swimming and lost 7 kg in a month and a half.
