Do any of you use the x-com store? Did they also serve you so badly? I recently bought a laptop from them - it turned out that it has much weaker guts than the laptop I ordered. And I also had to deal with them so that they would exchange.
Second thing - I ordered a keyboard. It turned out that one button is broken. Although the package was not damaged and the packaging intact. They refused to accept me as a guarantee. Some kind of massacre.

I ordered a Lenovo laptop from them. It turned out that the CTRL button was damaged and the audio input was damaged. But I can't give them a guarantee because it will take two weeks and I work on this laptop every day.
My brother once ordered an asus laptop, the space was damaged. Every fourth click in the space bar did not catch and was slightly bent. But he did not give up the warranty because he used an external keyboard and just like me, worked on it.
If you buy something in x-kom, then collect it in the store and check it in all ways. And it's best not to buy there. They have low prices, but precisely because they sell defective goods.

And about a year ago, the phone and the transaction were ok. I think that such situations can happen in every online store. It is worth remembering a few simple rules for every online shopping. First of all, always inspect the item after opening it and, if necessary, take a photo of damage and defects. Secondly, it is worth reminding such a company about consumer rights - this very often works well for dishonest sellers. Thirdly, it is worth reporting difficult matters to the consumer ombudsman, they can really do a lot and companies are obliged to treat the consumer fairly.
I bought a mouse twice, a laptop once, a phone once and a backpack twice. For all these orders only one backpack was slightly damaged, but I repaired the damage myself. Other items ok. They have a large selection of items in this store. Larger than in other stores.
