How to be happy in life? What are the essential things in life that we should take care of so we will be happy? Are you satisfied with your life?

You must live with people who are kind to you, do what you love whatever others think. My essential thing is to keep smiling even if i have worse day because smile can change everything. I can say I’m a happy person.
First of all, you need to understand, that religion isn’t the source of happiness. Many people think that when they go to church every Sunday and do what the priest tells them to do then they will be happy. You create your own happiness. Do what you like and how you like, but do not hurt other people or other living things by doing it.
I live in the place where I love to. In my life there are many kind people, who I trust and make me happy. You must remember to do what you like and not to regret all mistakes and failures, just only think about positive parts of them- all problems are our lessons and we must remember to learn them.
For each of us happiness may be something else. First we have to choose what do we want to achive in oour life. Do we want to sped most of our lifes in the office or in front of the computer asking for happines? Or we rather focus more on something that interest us and bring us joy? I think the second option is more resonable.
Few days ago I had opportunity to talk with 85 years old neighbour, she just lost his husband who died from heart stroke. And she said: don’t loose even one minute of you lifetime for things that you dont like to do. Focus only on what you like and this will bring you the biggest happiness.
This situation convinced me the most and since than I try to apply it in my life.
A good way is to stop watching advertisements and stop wanting what other people want. Be happy that we have a colorful world around.
