How to improve English writing skills? What can I do to make my written English more elegant? I know for sure that I have to read more books in English and it helps. I also listen to English audiobooks. What else will be good? Are there any tools that will help?

It would help if you had as much contact with the English language as possible. I play a lot of games in the English language – Gothic series, Mass Effect, Witcher (all parts), Two Worlds, Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim. I learned a lot of English from games.
I also watch movies and TV series in English with English subtitles. Mostly on Netflix.
Also, ma TV is set to the English language. It really helps, trust me. But it would be best if you learned in the meantime, there are a lot of resources, like, e.g. Duolingo.
There is an easy way to drastically improve your written English skills if you know the basics of the English language.
Register in Grammarly. The free version will correct the basic mistakes. The premium version will not only fix everything, but it will help you find synonyms, so your text looks better. It will also suggest rewriting some sentences if they are poorly written.
You can install it on Google Chrome browser, and it will check your text on every website automatically when you write.
If I’m not mistaken, you can also install it in Microsoft Office. And as an independent application too.
If you write e-mails with customers or colleagues in English and you are not sure you can write without mistakes, you should use this tool.
There is no better practice of writing in English than just to write, write write. That’s the best. And dedicate at least one hour per day for it or more.
Use English as much as you can. You can watch movies in English, play games, learn on mobile apps.
